Parking Agreement Form

Downtown Borders, LLC (“owner”) is the owner and manager of the parking lot located at: 437 East New York St, Indianapolis, IN 46202 (“The Lot”) And offers recurring monthly leases for parking spaces therein. The Individual listed below (“Renter”) agrees to establish a recurring monthly lease with the Owner for the use of one (1) parking space within The Lot, per the agreement below. Reservations for the Whole Lot – allows access to all spaces except any of our pre-paid evening and weekend customers.
